New features

• Error reporting has been extended to the profiler's unmanaged core. 

Fixes

• PP-1990 - Assemblies with the PrimaryInteropAssembly attribute, but without the ImportedFromTypeLib attribute, and using .NET 4, can now be profiled 
• PP-3430 - Exporting a table view as CSV when the table isn’t there no longer crashes
• PP-3452 - Duplicates no longer appear in the recent file history 
• MP-2173 - Log4Net has been upgraded to prevent issues when the profiler is running in medium trust
• MP-2082 - IIS websites which use the <applicationDefaults> element at the <site> level can now be profiled
