Issue

When updating to SQL Clone 4.4.4 or later, multiple agents of different versions may still be running on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

You can see which agents are installed and running in the Windows services dialog. The previous version may be marked with a "startup type" of "manual" and the latest as "automatic".

How to resolve

To resolve this issue stop the agent with the older version. The newer SQL Clone agent will then automatically uninstall it within the next few minutes.
