The Deployment Suite for Oracle is required to automate Redgate Oracle tools on a server, which is licensed per-user. All users who are contributing database changes to an automated build or release process, either to schema objects or to static data, will require a license for the Deployment Suite for Oracle. 

There is no limit to the number of build agents you can install the tools on. If you hit the limit of available activations, please contact support@red-gate.com
