This error is caused by problems with the Deployment Manager installation. It can occur if:

• the Deployment Manager plug-in on the agent has been deleted
• the Deployment Manager plug-in on the agent has been moved or renamed
• the Deployment Manager plug-in on the agent has become corrupt

To fix this, remove and reinstall the agent. If that doesn't fix it, contact support.
