As of version 9.17 of Flyway when running flyway migrate or flyway info a new report.html report will be written to your current folder.  

The migration report is designed to provide confidence that a Flyway deployment has run as expected, and in the case that it hasn’t, provides the necessary detail to help understand and troubleshoot the issue. 

As well as serving as a post-deployment report, the new report can also be run in combination with -dryRunOutput to simulate the output of a deployment.
