Redgate Monitor supports monitoring Azure SQL Database running on the Hyperscale service tier. You can add an Azure SQL database and any of its named or geo replicas the same way you would add any other instance.  

Replicas

Replicas function similar to the primary Azure SQL Database in Redgate Monitor, complete with a distinct server overview page and alerting.

During database selection, replicas will appear in the list alongside the other databases on the server.

Backups

Currently backup information, i.e. "snapshots" are not supported for Azure SQL databases running on the Hyperscale service tier.
