Generate Support Bundle

In case of something going wrong, you can use Admin Console to create a support bundle

The support bundle allows Redgate Clone support & technical teams to assess product's health and will help in identifying the problems.

By default when generating a support bundle, we will collect most of the information related to Redgate Clone, which may include passwords & secrets. You can decide to not include sensitive information by selecting Configure Redaction

Generating a support bundle

You can get a support bundle by following the instruction on the Troubleshoot tab of the Admin Console.


This process may take up to 5 minutes.

Saving it locally will give you a tar package that can be sent to our support team. 

Request for a support bundle may display errors when specific parts of the snapshot are not available. This shouldn't affect the support bundle as a whole.
