Browser support
Redgate Data Modeler is OS agnostic and requires no more than a web browser. We recommend Google Chrome as it is the best option from a performance point of view.
Reverse Engineering tool
The Reverse Engineering tool is a simple command-line Java application that you can download from our website.
The Reverse Engineering application is written in Java. To run the application you need Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.8 or higher. If you haven't already done so, download and install the JRE for your operating system.
