When using Layout SQL, SQL Server Management Studio becomes unresponsive.

Cause

SSMS installations can occasionally delete the interface that SQL Refactor uses to get access to the query window.

How to fix

1. Use Task Manager to end the SSMS application.

2. Run the following from a command prompt:

   regsvr32 "%commonprogramfiles%\microsoft shared\msenv\textmgrp.dll"
