Default SQL Compare options used by SQL Change Automation PowerShell module

By default, the SQL Change Automation uses the SQL Compare options indicated below.
The table also shows the default SQL Compare options used by SQL Source Control. SQL Compare options used in Source Control are ignored by the SQL Change Automation cmdlets.
