DLM Dashboard Unavailable

The DLM Dashboard host can't be reached. Retry once you've checked:
- that DLM Dashboard is running without problems.
- which version of DLM Dashboard you're using. Make sure you're using version 188.8.131.523 or later.
- the Dashboard Url is correct and not in use already. Note: DLM Dashboard uses port 19528 by default.
- there are no firewall rules in place blocking the connection.
