The DLM Dashboard host can't be reached. Retry once you've checked:

• that DLM Dashboard is running without problems.
• which version of DLM Dashboard you're using. Make sure you're using version 1.4.4.313 or later.
• the Dashboard Url is correct and not in use already. Note: DLM Dashboard uses port 19528 by default.
• there are no firewall rules in place blocking the connection.
