Creating a report

When you have run a comparison, you can create a report of the results.

To create a report:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Create Report. The Create Report dialog box is displayed:
  2. In the Format box, select your required output format. You can create a report in one of three formats:
    • Simple HTML
    • XML
    • CSV
  3. Specify a name and location for the report.
  4. To include only objects with differences in the report, under Include, select Objects with differences. To include all the objects that you have selected for deployment, select Objects selected for deployment. Additionally, you can select the Also include identical objects check box to include identical objects in the report.
  5. Click Create Report.
