Add-SqlMonitorTag

Adds a list of tags to a monitored object.

Syntax

Add-SqlMonitorTag [-MonitoredObject] <MonitoredObject> [-Tags] <string[]> [<CommonParameters>]

Description

Adds a list of tags to a previously retrieved monitored object using Get-SqlMonitorInstance, Get-SqlMonitorAmazonRdsSqlServer or Get-SqlMonitorAzureManagedInstance.

Inputs

The input type is the type of the objects that you can pipe to the cmdlet.

  • [MonitoredObject] The monitored object to add tags to. Can be an Instance, AmazonRdsSqlServer or AzureManagedInstance that extends the MonitoredObject class.

  • [string[]] List of tags

Examples
