Fixes

  • SOC-9811: Fixes an issue with object locking where setting properties on some objects would use the wrong object name to determine if it was locked. This effects setting extended properties on columns and editing a table's Triggers, Stored Procedures, Indexes and Statistics. The locking setup script will need to be run again to update locking with the latest fixes, this will clear the locked objects table, unlocking all objects.

  • SOC-8849: When using SQL Source Control in multiple instances of SSMS, closing one instance of SSMS now correctly releases the lock on the selected database
  • SOC-9317 (SC-10386): SQL Source Control no longer fails with an 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' error when working with FileTables (fixes regression introduced in 7.0.6)
  • SC-10385: SQL Source Control no longer unnecessarily rebuilds graph tables when the "Force column order" option is set
  • SC-10357: SQL Source Control now works correctly when queue alters contain POISON_MESSAGE_HANDLING statements
  • SC-10157: we now deploy bound rule/default changes with UDT changes, so that incompatible rules and defaults no longer prevent use of the UDT
