Azure Active Directory Connections

As of SQL Prompt 10.4, connections to Azure servers using the following authentication methods are supported:
- Azure Active Directory - Password
- Azure Active Directory - Integrated
- Azure Active Directory - Universal with MFA
Universal with MFA
The automatic tab re-connection feature of SQL Prompt is not available for universal with MFA servers.
