After installing the DLM Automation Suite, the cmdlets are not available for selection in PowerShell, or a script containing the cmdlets fails when run in another tool.

Cause

The application you're using to reference SQL Release was running while you were installing and has not been restarted.

Fix

Restart the relevant application.
