Changes ignored by default

By default, DLM Dashboard ignores changes to:
- white space
- fill factor and index padding
- filegroups, partition schemes, and partition functions
- user properties
- WITH element order
- database and server names in synonyms
- certificates, symmetric keys, and asymmetric keys
- system named constraints and index names
- tSQLt
users' permissions and role memberships
These changes won't affect the status of a database on the dashboard (ie won't indicate update or drift), won't trigger an email notification, and won't appear on the Review page.
