Using SQL Compare projects

With the SQL Server Management Studio add-in, you can launch SQL Compare projects from SQL Server Management Studio.
Launching a project from SQL Server Management Studio
In SQL Server Management Studio Object Explorer, right-click a database you want to compare in the project you want to launch.
Under Saved Comparison Projects, click the project file you want to launch:
