DLM Dashboard Unavailable

The DLM Dashboard host can't be reached. Retry once you've checked:
- DLM Dashboard is running without problems
- You are using DLM Dashboard version 1.4.4.313 or later
- The Dashboard URL is correct and not in use already (DLM Dashboard uses port 19528 by default)
- There are no firewall rules in place blocking the connection
