To use the command lines on a build and/or release server you need a Flyway Enterprise license. A license is required for each user contributing database changes to the pipeline. You can not use a standalone Schema Compare for Oracle license to automate database changes on build/release servers.  Please contact sales@red-gate.com for information on how to upgrade your licenses.
