Updated to the latest SQL Compare engine, version 12, featuring a number of fixes and enhancements. Removes support for SQL Server 2000 databases.

SDOC-1402, SDOC-1553: A more helpful error message is now shown when documentation is too large to generate from the UI. It is also now possible to generate larger documentation from the UI successfully.
