Manage Domains Credentials

This section will show you how you can add multiple credentials and multiple domains so that SQL Estate Manager can auto-discover servers from multiple domains.
Manage Domains
Follow these steps to manage domains which SQL Estate Manager will use when loading server data:
- Navigate to the Backstage Actions Screen and click the Manage Domains button.
- Click the Add Domain button.
- Specify a Domain or Domain controller or choose to use your current domain.
- Select the credentials.
- You can use the Current Account option (credentials of the user who runs application), Specify Service Account or Specify Credentials you want.
- Specified credentials will be added to the Credentials List where you can view and manage the credentials that SQL Estate Manager will use when loading server data and taking snapshots.
- Click the Edit button next to the Specify Service Account option to view and manage credentials.
- Click Test Credentials to test your credentials.
- Discover servers from entire domain or choose the Specific Organizational Units from which you want to discover servers.
- Click OK.
- Follow steps 2-6 to add multiple domains and credentials.
