User roles explained

Where restrictions apply to Standard or Read-only users, selecting an option that users do not have permission to access displays the following message:
Clicking in the top right corner closes this message and ensures that it isn't displayed again anywhere in the application.
The table below lists restrictions for Standard and Read-only user roles. For pages where no restrictions is displayed, users have the same unrestricted access as Administrators.
