If you manually enabled a previous beta version of the feature, your scripts are in V2 format. These scripts won't be compatible with SQL Source Control 5.

Before upgrading to SQL Source Control 5, you'll need to run all of the scripts for every environment. If you were using migration scripts to manage static data, you'll need to manually link static data after updating.
