Enabling/Disabling AI features in SQL Prompt

AI features in SQL Prompt can be enabled and disabled in the Options, which can be found at the bottom of the SQL Prompt menu.
The Prompt AI dialog can also be enabled and disabled using Enable Prompt AI from the SQL Prompt menu.
