SQL Packager 7 has been retired and replaced with SQL Packager 8, a script packaging utility. For more information, see the SQL Packager 7 retirement page.
You can use SQL Packager to package the structure and contents of a Microsoft SQL Server database, database upgrade, or any SQL script, as a .NET executable file or a C# project.
