Troubleshooting email

I set up email notifications but didn't get the confirmation email

If you didn't get the confirmation email:

  • Wait for a few minutes.
    The email should take the same amount of time to arrive as any other email from the SMTP server you entered. 
  • Check the email address you entered is correct.
  • Check your SMTP server details with your system administrator.
    If you need authorization, or it doesn't work after this, contact us.
