Adding Redgate Monitor users

For information about adding users to a Redgate Monitor SaaS environment, please see the Redgate Monitor SaaS section
Redgate Monitor provides different options for authenticating users. Where possible it is strongly recommended to use OpenID Connect, which greatly improves security compared to other mechanisms by facilitating Single Sign-On, including enforcing centrally-configured measures like multi-factor authentication.
OpenID Connect is a protocol that enables Redgate Monitor to authenticate users against a variety of systems, including Active Directory (via ADFS), Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory), Okta, and many more.
Redgate Monitor SaaS handles autheticating users through Redgate ID, which allows you either to manage access through the portal itself or through federation with other identity providers.
