Per feature prerequisites

Some SQL Prompt features - mostly those requiring server-side services - have additional prerequisites:

• Prompt AI - Please check Prerequisites section in Enabling/Disabling AI features in SQL Prompt.
  • Redgate Assistant (Preview) - Has a few additional requirements listed in its Prerequisites section.
• Redgate Platform - The Prerequisites section contains all the elements that need to be set before using this functionality.
