Redgate Flyway

Introducing Flyway Pipelines

Flyway provides fantastic capabilities for developers to gain control and track their database changes from the start of the development cycle through to the deployment to a production database. However, we have heard from you that Flyway could help you more by:

  • Gain centralized visibility of the state of your database deployments across projects so you can see what has been deployed, when and where for easy tracking
  • Track database deployments and monitor the health of your database deployments.
  • Support auditing requirements with a history of database deployments across your project pipelines with Flyway. That’s why we are pleased to present you with a Flyway Pipelines as a preview to help you to get more out of Flyway.

You can access Flyway Pipelines here:  https://flyway.red-gate.com/

Gain centralized visibility of the state of your database deployments across projects so you can see what has been deployed, when and where for easy tracking

Flyway Pipelines will allow you to see at an elevated level the state of all the projects using Flyway within your organization and to act accordingly if you need to. This will help reduce silos by allowing your whole team to view a history of database deployments without the need to connect to multiple environments to see the latest state of your databases, especially helpful for locked down environments.

Track database deployments and monitor the health of your database deployments.

The end-to-end pipeline view of your project will provide greater transparency and allow you to see in a single view which version of the database has been deployed to each environment

For each environment you can view the details of the latest deployment by clicking on show more you can see a detailed deployment history for an environment.

Support auditing requirements with a history of database deployments across your project pipelines with Flyway.

Flyway Pipelines will record a detailed audit trail of your deployment in a central hosted storage location.  This information can be shared securely to be accessed by anyone in your organization, so you can share deployment information while not having to share your environmental information. Being hosted by Redgate means you can access this information from anywhere at any time and on any device.

What’s coming next?
