Supported PowerShell versions

• PowerShell 3 or above
  • This can be downloaded for Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 / Windows 7 SP1 and is included on all more recent versions of Windows
  • Note that installing the SQL Change Automation cmdlets from PowerShell gallery is slightly simpler with PowerShell 5
  • PowerShell 6 and PowerShell 7 are not yet supported
