Updating the offline schema model in Visual Studio

The offline schema model is updated automatically in Visual Studio when generating migrations.
The offline schema model is also updated whenever the Refresh button is clicked. Therefore, when generating and editing migrations manually, the Refresh button should be clicked to see the changes to the scripts propagated to the offline schema model.
