Breaking changes

In this release of ANTS Memory Profiler we renamed the following configuration file to avoid using discriminatory language and better describe its usage:

• ProcessNameBlacklist.xml file was renamed to ProcessNameExclusions.xml. AMP will attempt to rename the configuration file automatically upon startup.
