Requirements and supported systems

Requirement

To use SQL Source Control, you need:

  • SQL Server Management Studio 17, 18, 19
  • Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10
  • .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later
  • MDAC 2.8+

Database and database version support

SQL Source Control version support aligns to Flyway Teams's support for a standalone license, and Flyway Enterprise's support if licensed as part of SQL Toolbelt, Toolbelt Essentials or Flyway Enterprise.

SQL Source Control doesn't support SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008/R2 or SSMS 2016 and older.
