Redgate AI features do not run by default and are optional. End users will need to sign up and take affirmative action before data is processed by Redgate AI. Please consult the relevant product documentation on how to achieve this.
Please contact support@red-gate.com to add your domain names to a block list to prevent the use of the AI features.
Access to Redgate AI features in Flyway can be enabled (or denied) in the Redgate Portal.
Redgate AI makes all AI requests to `.redgate-platform.com`
If your organization enforces it, you will need to set this subdomain in your firewall rules and allow lists to enable Redgate AI features.
No data stored in tables is sent.
Information sent to Redgate AI service is used only to construct the response and isn't retained by the service.
Some Redgate AI capabilities rely on context saved in a locally installed vector database (note this does not include any AI capabilities of Redgate Monitor).

Redgate LLM features are powered by a combination of public AI models to provide the best possible outcome (all subject to our privacy guidance). These are all hosted on Redgate’s Amazon Bedrock server.

No, we do not use any external data
Our models are the same as those available for public usage (see models used)
The data is used to fulfill the needs of the Redgate AI-powered feature.
Redgate agrees to not use customers input data for training models other than for use by the customer. 
Redgate does not store customer data for longer than it needs to fulfill the AI-powered feature.

Redgate Test Data Manager users can run one prompt at a time, and it takes a few seconds to respond depending on the complexity of the request.

When using the AI custom datasets feature, we only send the prompt that the user types to the LLM to generate a suitable dataset.

Redgate Test Data Manager does not inspect or record the prompts or the resulting datasets on Redgate's infrastructure or in AWS.

Redgate may collect usage metrics to help enhance the Redgate Test Data Manager AI experience. These metrics include which AI features are used, how they are used, and how frequently. However, no query content, SQL history, schema details, database data, or any other database information is collected, stored, or accessible by Redgate.

Currently Redgate Test Data Manager's AI features can be disabled from the configuration file.

To disable AI custom datasets, navigate to your Redgate Test Data Manager installation directory (default is C:\Program Files\Red Gate\Test Data Manager), open config.yml and set the value of the "AiCustomDatasets" property to False. Then save the file and restart the Redgate Test Data Manager service.
