If you have two versions of Git installed on your machine, Flyway Desktop automatically uses the first Git found on your Path Environment Variable.  If you want to use a specific Git version, then change the order they appear on your Path Environment Variable.  You'll need to restart Flyway Desktop so it will pick up the changes to the environment variable.
