SmartAssembly 8

Transferring SA data from mdb to SQL Server

SmartAssembly uses a database to store your error and feature reports, information about your projects and builds, and the details for the Decode stack trace feature.

If you're upgrading from SmartAssembly 6.10 or earlier, and you used an .mdb database, you must transfer your data to the SQL Server database. Since the 6.11 release we no longer support .mdb databases.

If you prefer not to use SQL Server database, you can use SQLite database file instead (supported since SA 7.0).
