Flyway is available in different tiers that supersedes our single database tools:

• SQL Source Control or Source Control for Oracle users that are NOT automating their deployments should look at moving to a Flyway Teams license
• SQL Change Automation users and SQL/Oracle Source Control users that are automating their state-based deployments should look at moving to a Flyway Enterprise license

Flyway is licensed per user contributing database changes, just like our single database tools.
