You can receive notifications on all alerts in the Grafana group.  Alerts in the "Grafana" group are either custom Redgate Clone alerts or are specifically chosen to be much more critical than the bigger group below called, "Mimir/Cortex/Loki group".

Create at least one contact point.

The notifications are tied to policies that can group alerts according to alert labels.

Create at least one policy and include the desired contact point.
