CI/CD pipelines

If running Command Line Interfaces (CLIs) in CI/CD pipelines:
- Create a service account with an email mailbox
- Sign up to a redgate account with the service account
- Verify the email
- Allocate the service account a license
- Create a PAT for the service account
- Configure the CI/CD pipeline to pass the PAT and service account email to the CLI tool.
